The main purpose of the reducer
This reducer is mainly used with the 75 kW reducer used in the mining scraper conveyor. This reducer is a three-stage arc tooth cylindrical gear reducer. The reducer is mounted on the side of the head frame of the conveyor and arranged in parallel with the conveyor. The four-axis reducer is the output shaft, the four-axis spline drives the conveyor Sprocket, and the reducer connects the shaft with the motor through the coupling to complete the deceleration and transmission power.
減速機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)
本減速器其結(jié)構(gòu)如圖所示，由d一圓弧傘齒輪軸，d二斜齒齒輪軸，d三圓柱齒輪軸，d四輸出軸。四根軸均由滾動(dòng)軸承固定在減速器上下箱體內(nèi)。本減速器上下箱體材料為HT250灰鑄鐵。
除一軸7315B軸承由ZL-2(SY1412)鋰基潤(rùn)滑脂潤(rùn)滑外，齒輪及軸承均由GB5903 N320極壓齒輪油飛濺潤(rùn)滑。注入量為浸入大圓弧傘齒輪1/3高度。
減速器外形尺寸（長(zhǎng)x寬x高）為1503x959x600。
減速器重量為1034.7kg。
本減速器可反轉(zhuǎn)使用。采用自然冷卻。
